Public libraries
The municipality’s six libraries are open with or without staff. If unstaffed, you access with your yellow health insurance card. See the video and visit the library to register.

Find opening hours, events and inspiration on the library website. You can also find E-books & media with free access to electronic reference works, international newspapers, e-books and other items here. To use it, you must be a resident of the municipality and registered as a user at one of the libraries.
The library is also a good place to start if you want to know more about Danish society or find out what is happening in Ikast-Brande.
At the library you can gain free access to the internet, and you can get help to find specific information or materials by the staff. Furthermore, you can find lots of useful pamphlets from organisations and public authorities.
